This report presents a periodic analysis of the Bulgarian residential housing market developments. Both data from official and unofficial sources, as well as our own teams' calculations are used in its compilation. Information presented refers to the 1st quarter of 2005 when available and to most recent period otherwise.
The analysis covers factors of demand and supply of residential housing, as well as current price dynamics. We offer a focus on the major trends in both Bulgarian and world economy and their effect on domestic housing property market.
All causal references are duly explained when presented. Most conclusions are graphically illustrated to assist readers.
The report consists of overall quarterly survey and brief monthly updates. Quarterly reports are available both in print and in electronic format. Users of electronic format have access to ready-to-print document as well as data series in spread sheets.
