Consumer Trends in the Chilled & Deli Foods Market in Spain

Although there are no specific statistics for most exotic fruit, in general terms, it can be said that the market is growing. his growth is motivated by several factors like promotional campaigns, immigration, tourism to tropical destinations, a search for a healthier lifestyle, etc. However we cannot talk about a generalized growth as exotic tropical fruit on the European market are in different stages that mark the life cycle of a product.
The present study aims to describe and analyze the market for exotic tropical fruit in the European Union. The fruit selected for this study are fresh: starfruit; coconut; guava; litchi; passion fruit and maracuya uchuva, physalis or capegooseberry; plantain and rambutan.
At the moment this is only available in Spanish.
