Our 6th annual study of 1,000 residential customers in the U.S. and Canada, stratified by region. The study provides insight into residential customers' opinions of their energy provider, awareness of and interest in energy-related products and services, energy-efficiency practices, and energy provider communications.
An extensive presentation summarizes and analyzes the survey results. Members are encouraged to use this presentation for in-house meetings. Complete data files, which are provided on CD with the PowerPoint presentation, allow members to conduct customized analyses of the survey data.
