This report provides data on currently used telecom services in the small company business market. Also included is data regarding expected future use of existing and advanced telecom services, such as Integrated Access Services (IAS), as well as data identifying the channels used to purchase these services. Also explored are the levels of attractiveness of various services such as VoIP and Dedicated Internet Access, as well as some of the reasons that small companies are not using these new services. Information about the companies that are currently employing providers of multiple or bundled services, such as wireless voice or data services, is also included, along with survey data on other companies that would be considered as providers of such services. Forecasts on the expected expenditures on IAS in the small company market over the 2004-2009 time period are presented. The forecasts in this report are broken out by the following size sub-segments: 1 to 4 employee firms and 5 to 99 employee firms.
