The Asia/Pacific consumer Wi-Fi market continues to be in a state of flux, both in terms of technological changes and competitive landscape. Besides an increasing adoption of public Wi-Fi services, the market also witnessed the growing adoption of private Wi-Fi networks in the household sector during the past four years, as general awareness about Wi-Fi technology among consumers has been effectively improved.
