Data continues to be a major growth driver in mobile service revenue, driven by rising smartphone adoption rates and the shift in demand towards more data-heavy premium services such as online shopping and OTT video streaming. The highspeed broadband (HSBB) and suburban broadband (SUBB) projects will also improve accessibility and affordability of broadband when they are complete, and It believes that we will continue to observe strong growth in data consumption in our five year forecast period, However, the 4G LTE market would benefit from a consolidation licensees, as overcrowding could lead to inefficiency in the use of infrastructure.

Key Data
- Mobile subscriptions will reach 46.411mn by the end of 2015, yielding a penetration rate of 151%.

Market saturation makes it difficult for subscription numbers to continue growing, even allowing for multiple SIM ownership. Yet, by 2019, there will be 48.339mn subscriptions in all. Growth will be driven by migration to 3G/4G services and a slow phasing-out of unused prepaid subscriptions. Mobile ARPUs will continue to shrink as price competition undermines the benefits of moving to premium services
