Incident & Investigation Safety Plan
OSHA Fast Fix, Jan 2006, Pages: 31
This plan provides guidelines on the reporting and record keeping of all incidents (accidents resulting in injury or causing illness to Company employees) and events (near-miss accidents). This plan also includes the new Record Keeping guidelines and 300 Forms. This information is reported to OSHA in order to establish a written record of factors that cause injuries and illnesses, maintain a capability to promptly investigate incidents and events in order to initiate and support corrective and/or preventive action, and provide statistical information for use in analyzing all phases of incidents and events.
