Pesticide Safety Plan

This plan provides the guidelines to ensure that the hazards of all pesticide chemicals produced or imported are evaluated, and that information concerning the use and hazards of these chemicals is transmitted to employers and employees. A comprehensive hazard communication program, that includes container labeling and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets and employee training accomplish the transmittal of information.
