Dominet Bank is a small countrywide network bank focusing on retail and SME services. It is one of few banks in Poland without a strong industry investor. Its current shareholders structure ( PE/VC + private individuals) is implying the upcoming sale of this bank. A countrywide network, skilled personnel, good products and the brand name make it an attractive acquisition target for foreign players willing to enter the Polish banking market
