About the Author:

Nick Parkins is researcher and marketing manager at Juniper Research, providing primary and secondary research expertise. Nick oversees all promotional aspects of Juniper reports providing specialised articles, press release and supporting material to facilitate the smooth transition and publication of analyst reports to the telecoms marketplace.
