About the Author:
Nick Parkins is researcher and marketing manager at Juniper Research, providing primary and secondary research expertise. Nick oversees all promotional aspects of Juniper reports providing specialised articles, press release and supporting material to facilitate the smooth transition and publication of analyst reports to the telecoms marketplace. He has wide experience of working in the IT and telecoms industries having previously worked for NTL head office as customer liaison to the MD and CEO - responsible for solving consumer and technical enquiries.
In previous assignments he has been published in a number of print and web based publications. Nick has experience and grounding in statistical knowledge and research methodology through undertaking an MSc from Southampton University, an MA in Philosophy, and undergraduate degree in the environmental sciences.
