Analysis on Foreign Capital Introduction by Industrial Enterprises in Chongqing 2006 (Chinese Version)

In the end of 2006, there were totally 474 foreign-invested industrial enterprises in Chongqing, accounting for 2.3% of the total industrial enterprises therein. The enterprises are concentrated distributed and mainly involve seven industries, including the transportation equipment manufacturing and the ferrous metal smelting and pressing processing etc, whose output value accounts for over 80% of the total output values of all the foreign-invested industrial enterprises in Chongqing. Foreign-invested enterprises of transportation equipment manufacturing, the strongest industry, produce 48.9% of the total output value made by foreign-invested industrial enterprises of Chongqing.
