Improving and modernizing customer interfaces is a top priority for BCBSM, with the company planning to invest $200 to $300 million over the next several years to provide more cost-effective service for customers and medical providers. Future planned improvements include Internet claims submission for medical and dental providers, and Internet access to benefits, claims and payment information for members.
