Dr. Venkatramanan Senapathi has completed his PhD in the field of Environmental Geochemistry from Annamalai University, India in 2013. Further, former Postdoctoral fellow in School of Earth Environmental Hazard System, Pukyong National University, Busan, South Korea from 2013 to 2017. Now he is working as a research faculty in Department for Management of Science and Technology Development, Faculty of Applied Science, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Department of Disaster Management, Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, India. He is active in research and published more than 70 papers in high impact factor journals (https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Venkatramanan_Senapathi). He edited the book GIS and Geo-statistical Techniques for Groundwater Science published by Elsevier in June 2019. Currently he is editing a two special issues on recent environmental geochemical trends in water and sediments. Selvam Sekar PG and Research Department of Geology, V.O.Chidambaram College, Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, India. Dr. Selvam Sekar received a Gold Medal in master degree in Geology from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, India in 2009, and Ph.D at the same University (Studies on Environmental Impact Assessment, Human Health and Evaluation of groundwater pollution in and around Tuticorin city, Tamilnadu) in 2013. In 2009, he joined as an Assistant Professor in Geology, V.O. Chidambaram College, Tuticorin. Dr. Selvam's overall research focus for the past 11 years has been directed toward understanding the environment through water and sediments. He has published around 52 International research paper in SCI/SCIE indexed journal which cover speciation of water and sediments, particularly heavy metals, fluoride, arsenic, GLADIT and DRASTIC model, RS and GIS, ANN model, and FUZZY model. He had 4 research projects completed during 2010-2018 and he is currently working on two projects on Submarine Groundwater Discharge (SGD) funded by DST and MoES, Government of India. Prasanna Mohan Viswanathan Associate Professor, Department of Applied Geology, Faculty of Engineering and Science, Curtin University Malaysia, Sarawak, Malaysia. Dr M.V. Prasanna is an Associate Professor at Curtin University, Malaysia. He completed his Ph.D in 2008 at Annamalai University, India. He was a gold medallist in Post graduate degree. He has qualified State Educational Test (SET) under University Grants Commission (UGC), India for lectureship. He has 15 years of teaching and research experience and produced 2 PhD and 2 M.Phil students under his guidance. He has published 86 Journal papers and 8 book chapters, indexed in Thomson Reuters and Scopus. Recently, he has edited a book on GIS and Geo-statistical Techniques for Groundwater Science and published by Elsevier in June 2019. Currently, he is editing a two special issues on recent environmental geochemical trends in water and sediments - a framework on OSPRC 2020 in Environmental Science and Pollution Research Journal. Chidambaram Sabarathinam Research Scientist, Water Research Center, Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, Safat, Kuwait. Dr. S. Chidambaram is currently working as Research Scientist, Water Research Centre, Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, Kuwait. He was a gold medalist in Undergraduate and Post graduate degrees. He served as professor and head for the department of Earth sciences. He has 19 years of teaching experience andproduced 16 M.Phils and 15 Ph.D thesis under his guidance. He has published more than 180 articles in peer-reviewed journals and 9 books in the field of hydrogeochemistry. He has developed a computer program in C++ (WATCLAST) for hydrogeochemical studies. His work on fluoride removal by natural material in community water supply scheme as an outcome of MoEn&F project has received the best paper award in the Applied Water Sciences journal for the year 2013. He has awarded for the best contribution in the field of Hydrogeology and Environmental Geochemistry during 2016 by Indian Society of Applied Geochemists. He has undertaken training in IAEA programs and served as an expert for two IAEA expert missions to KISR, Kuwait.
