Data Domain - June Quarter Company Update

Data Domain (DDUP) reported earnings for the June quarter after the close today. Although revenue growth is very strong, the cost structure is scaling with revenue, resulting in continued losses. Since our valuation model is sensitive to profits we have had to lower our fair value estimate for the shares from $23 to $19.
