When it comes to the performance of many business network functions like security, storage, and hosting, the enterprise market is increasingly more likely to turn to a managed services provider to perform these functions and is becoming less likely to perform them in-house. On par with managed services spending in the overall US market, we predict steadily increasing managed services (MS) spending growth in the enterprise market with an 8% CAGR through 2011.
