Insurance Law in Ireland, Volume 2
|
Description: |
This volume of Insurance Law in Ireland identifies recent developments in Insurance Law and analyses them in the context of Irish Insurance Law and practice, recognising that judicial decisions in the English Courts are not binding on the Irish Courts but are, and have always been, of very persuasive authority. It also deals with many issues that are either not addressed at all in Volume 1 or indeed to be dealt with in greater detail. The book includes references for all recent relevant judgements, many unreported, that show the continuing development of insurance law and includes extracts from those judgements not reported or readily accessible elsewhere. |
