Campus track provides insights into what students from the graduating batch think about their prospective employers. Campus Track 2007 should be of interest to anyone who will recruit from graduating engineers of these technical schools in the recruitment season of 2007/2008.

The survey represents the views of 3838 engineering students across top 130 institutes in India. The study is conducted annually in the second quarter of the calendar year via face-to-face interviews using a structured questionnaire.

It covers important questions in the minds of the recruitment managers such as:

- What are the students choice of recruiters this year?
- What employment factors are important for them?
- Are there any sub-groups of schools/functions/specializations that see your organization more favourably Vs the others?
- How can you tailor your offer to what they want?

Answers to these questions help the recruitment manager to design a recruitment strategy relevant for that year.
