About the author
Francis D.K. Ching (Seattle, WA) is the bestselling author of numerous books on architecture and design, including A Global History of Architecture, Architectural Graphics, Interior Design Illustrated, and Building Construction Illustrated. He is a registered architect and a professor at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he teaches architecture and design drawing.
