EMA has developed a new markets roadmap to help its customers navigate across existing and emerging markets with a clearer insight into product groupings, areas of innovation, and adoption requirements and trends.
EMA believes that it is important for our clients to have a viable way of navigating markets relevant to the present and future if they are going to make effective purchasing decisions; so EMA has evolved a New Market Roadmap designed to help our IT clients clarify meaningful relationships among vendor choices.
This Advisory Note provides a summary of the new market groupings, with some perspective on 'how we got there' - the dynamics behind them. As you will see, these markets represent an intentional balance between innovative, virtually new categories such as 'Technological Foundations,' and more traditional groupings such as Network, Systems and Storage management.
