How to Enter Technical Textiles Markets - The 4th Symposium

The aim of this meeting, held in Porto, Portugal, in March 2007, was to inform paricipants about new markets and opportunities for the modern textiles industry, to look at ways to build competitive advantage in technical textiles, as well as to give in-depth information about entering the medical textiles and smart textiles markets. The Chairman of the meeting was Professor Roshan Shishoo. Speakers included representatives from Messe Frankfurt, IFAI, Huntsman, SGS, W.L. Gore & Associates, Dow Corning, Hohenstein Institutes, Nanotex and Softswitch/Peratech.
The full Proceedings are now available on CD-Rom, containing the presentations of the lecturers PLUS FULL AUDIO FILES OF THE WORKSHOP SESSIONS, over 2 1/2 hours of expert discussion and analysis of specific and general discussion of the technical textiles industry.
