The evaluation examines specific strengths and weaknesses to determine to what degree it would make a good choice for an organization implementing CRM. SAP Business One CRM provides adequate sales and service functionality, but will not be compelling product to non-SAP users. Companies that have no existing commitment to SAP software should look elsewhere for mid-market CRM solutions.
