-The Hungarian government is considering increasing gas prices by 5 to 10% during 2008 to overcome increased wholesale prices levied by Gazprom.

-Bulgargaz and Italy's Enel have undertaken a study of the feasibility of building a pipeline linking Bulgaria and Italy via Macedonia and Albania.
