According to a new study, only 18 of the top 100 Arab banks currently offer e-banking services, but not for long.<BR><BR>The 18 "Clicks and Mortar" pioneers of Arab banking have set a regional trend that many of their local retail banking competitors have already made plans to follow. Meanwhile, a new wave of pioneers on the corporate side are seeking to unroll services of their own.<BR><BR>As most Arab states in the Middle East and North Africa prepare to enter the WTO, they face deregulation in the financial services sector and the prospect of competition with multinational banks.
