Funding Patterns- Features our analysis of funding events in the digital imaging industry during the initial months of 2001, results and extrapolation from our survey of the funding status of 36 imaging industry companies, and reference tables summarizing investors by company, and portfolios by investor.
Advice from the Money Men- We interviewed three veteran and highly influential technology investors — Battery Ventures' Oliver Curme, Eastman Kodak's Ted G.Lewis and Trans Cosmos USA's Mark Kalow to gain their perspective on the funding of the digital imaging industry. Funds are coming into the digital imaging industry from two primary sources - venture capitalists and corporate funds managers. These investments will contribute greatly to shaping the consolidation of the players and the expansion of the revenue produced by this industry over the next few years.
