Versatility & Vicissitude progresses the discussions initiated by the earlier two titles of AD (Emergence, May 2004, and Techniques and Technologies in Morphogenetic Design, March 2006) further by placing the spotlight on performance and interaction with natural ecologies. The exchange between the performance of a designed artifact and the specific contexts and the users are investigated.
