HRO refers to the outsourcing of one or more HR functions by other businesses or organizations in order to reduce labor costs and maximize efficiency. The objective of HRO is to penetrate all the HR services including HR planning, system design, and innovation, flow integration, employees' degree of satisfaction, compensation planning, training, employee relations, and planning of enterprise culture. It consists of a contractual relationship for HR services with an external provider. Commenting on the report, an analyst from the team said: “As a result of its ability to provide instant feedback about businesses, social media has become a major data source for many organizations. With the rise of social media, there is also a need to track user interactions on these sites such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Organizations have realized the need to augment their data warehouses with external data sources. In the current competitive scenario, employers recruit through social media to reach applicants instantly and at a lower cost.”
