Similarly, AT&T and General Motors have signed a deal to launch LTE-based connected cars by the end of 2014 in the US and Sierra Wireless has launched an LTE-based connected car M2M module, which will be operated on Verizon's LTE networks across the US. Hence, the launch of LTE-based connected cars is an emerging trend being witnessed in the market.”
