In 2009 a landmark survey captured and benchmarked the state of the mapping and modeling tool market. In the summer of 2012 we conducted a new survey designed to identify trends, changes and areas for improvement. In this report we present the result of this latest survey, based on the inputs of over 500 process practitioners from around the globe. We invite you to join us as we share the findings from 2012 and provide insight into how things have changed in the last three years.
A summary of the original 2009 survey results can be found in the report Mapping and modeling tool usage and approaches 2009: a survey retrospective (free to download with a free MWD Advisors account).
