Carol Weisman international speaker, author, trainer, and consultant is President of Board Builders Inc. She specializes in governance, fundraising, and volunteerism. She is the author of numerous books, including Secrets of Successful Fundraising, which was the first nonprofit–related book to be selected by the Book of the Month Club. She has served on twenty–eight Boards and has been President of seven.

Richard I. Goldbaum is a principal of Transitions In Leadership, LLC, a management consulting firm providing services for planning and implementing leadership and organizational change.
