Edward Watkins, Jr., is Professor of Psychology at the University of North Texas, USA.  He is editor of theHandbook of Psychotherapy Supervision (Wiley, 1997), co–author ofTheories of Psychotherapy (1996), and has authored numerous articles about psychotherapy training, supervision, and education. He is a Fellow of Divisions 29 (Psychotherapy) and 17 (Counseling Psychology) of the American Psychological Association.
