Ever feel like your head is in a scramble?

Your brain doesn′t come with a user guide. Billions of people spend their lives scurrying around, all revved up, trying to get somewhere, but don′t have a clue about the engine under their bonnet, its profound capabilities or how best to use it.

Get more out of the brain you′ve got

Most people take their brain for granted, some even forget it exists. Others spend hours down the gym working away on the body work, but few realize that with a basic understanding and a small amount of care, how much more they can get out of their mind.

With the help of TV′s neuroscientist Dr Jack Lewis and motivational business speaker Adrian Webster, you can learn how to:

  • Boost your performance in life and work
  • Manage stress
  • Make better decisions
  • Remember more for longer
  • Become more creative

Grounded in scientific research yet packed with practical tips relevant to you, Sort Your Brain Out will help you get a better understanding of how your brain works and explore ways of achieving more out of it.

By training, adapting and exercising your brain you will perform at your very best.
