Ann Rodriguez is the Enterprise Risk Leader for GE Capital and is responsible for the Risk Appetite and governance processes for the company. She joined GE Capital in 2010 to build out the Enterprise and Operational Risk Framework and Programs. She has an extensive background in risk management in both consulting and banking environments.

At Wells Fargo, Ann supported the CRO focused on risk governance, developing the Enterprise Risk Appetite statement and approach, "Path to Strong", and was the primary liaison for the regulators for the Senior Supervisor's Group efforts. At Wachovia, Ann was
Head of Operational Risk for the Corporate & Investment Bank, accountable for governance over the operational risks within CIB and program delivery to achieve Basel compliance.

Ann held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Goldman Sachs, Investment Banking Division, focused on the Systems Group, and had an extensive background in consulting, as the lead partner over the Financial Services Consulting group at BDO Seidman, LLP, and as director at Price Waterhouse, leading practice areas in both market risk and operational risk.

Viney Chadha is a global risk professional with over 26 years experiencein commercial finance, particularly in credit and operationalrisk, and audit. She has worked for organisations such as GE Capital, ANZ Grindlays Bank and ICICI in both developed and emergingeconomies, and managed and reviewed large portfolios in NorthAmerica, UK, Australia, Japan, France, Germany, Italy and India. Inher 20+ years at GE Capital, Viney has held several senior positions,including country risk manager, GE Capital India, specialising inimplementing a number of programmes and processes de novo, andhas a track record of using IT solutions to create robust and sustainableprocesses. She is known for her strong analytical skills andability to combine her functional expertise with technology andoutsourcing to drive meaningful process improvements, and hasbuilt, developed and led cross-functional, multicultural and multidisciplinaryteams of highly qualified professionals.
