Incumbents investing in fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) deployments run the risk of cannibalising leased-line revenue, but have the opportunity to increase customer numbers and ARPU. This short report assesses the business case for incumbents to invest in FTTP for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
