Nuclear density gauge is a device use for testing various parameters such as wet density, dry density, and moisture in constructions, petroleum and other industries with the help of radioactive sources. The radiation source emits particles which are received by the detector after reflecting from the test material. These received particles are measured by the sensor and this data is used by the gauge to calculate the nuclear density of the test material.
