In 2017, domestic real estate was continuously grew substantially with many launched projects recorded abundant supply which were brought to the market in parts: retails, apartment building, flat for rent, office for rent, empty rate as well as average price in these sectors had been improved during the year. Hotel market witnessed the increase in both supply and price thanks to the upturn in the number of tourist in 2017 compared to 2016. Industrial zone market is the mere sector that did not have growth in 2017 in both supply and price.

With higher and higher demand, real estate inventory value in 2017 continued to decrease 17% compared to the end of 2016. Real estate market in the year experienced big M&A business transactions with total value up to 1.5 billion USD.
