In the 2017 Microsoft Dynamics Services Blueprint Report, we analyze the capabilities and vision of nine Microsoft Dynamics services partners. This includes their skills across the Microsoft Dynamics Services Value Chain of: Plan, Implement, Manage and Optimize for all the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP applications. This includes on premise and cloud application deployments experience. As this research forms part of the SaaS services research, a small weighting is applied to the service providers’ experience in cloud deployments specifically.

The 2017 Microsoft Dynamics Services Blueprint Report continues our theme of looking at the services sets for the planning, implementation, and management of leading Software-As-a-Service platforms. Unlike other quadrants and matrices, the Blueprint identifies relevant differentials between service providers across a number of facets in two main categories: innovation and execution. This Blueprint report looks at the innovation and execution capabilities of nine service providers in detail.
