The study was carried out in August 2017 on consumer payment methods. The aim of the research was to determine detailed information related to:
- The average number of people who would consider to make payments using mobile phones
- The payment method that people would not use to avoid unnecessary spending
Specific topics that needed to be covered in the research include reaching out to private individuals aged 18+ years old living in the UK. To ensure the project was completed as per the strict standards required by the client, question no. 6 has a filter for people who make payments using their mobile phone or smartphone which forward them to question no. 9.
As a result of the efforts made by the research team, the client was highly satisfied with the 3472 positive results and he recommended our services to other companies. The project was successful, and the research was used by the client for his project.
