The global artificial intelligence market is expected to expand at a CAGR of 62% during the forecast period 2016-2023.

According to Top500 News, market for artificial intelligence is projected to hit $36 billion by 2025.  The adoption of artificial intelligence technology to enhance customer services is the key factor amplifying the growth in the global artificial intelligence market. According to Forbes, the developing companies around the globe are very keen to leverage artificial intelligence for customer service. Artificial Intelligence has the capability to provide  –augmented customer service and promises enhanced efficiency gains due to which it is being increasing adopted worldwide. According to a study by Oracle Corporation, approximately every 8 out of 10 i.e. 80% of the business organizations  are planning to deeply or have already implemented  artificial intelligence AI as customer service solution by the end of 2023.  Moreover, according to study by 24/7 Customer Inc., a key market player, at the advanced artificial intelligence system named ' front end AI powered Chatbot '. These Chat Bots are capable to answer  first level queries such as frequently asked questions (FAQ).  Moreover, these Chat bots also facilitates reduction of They also help to r higher cost support surging first contact resolution (FCR) rates and decrementing agent training time required for basic tasks. Also, other companies have 'AI assisted human agent"" model based on the artificial intelligence in order to reinforce their existing customer support staff. Thus, increasing employment of AI to improvise consumer services is contributing towards large market share.

Integration of AI and Human resources has vast opportunities during forecasted period

The International Society for Human and Artificial Intelligence Resource Management (ISHAIRM) is the leading organization promoting research, education and best practices that involves integration of human intelligence coupled with artificial intelligence.  According to Forbes, in the workplace, artificial intelligence is evolving into an intelligent assistant to help human work smarter. However, IBM and several other emerging companies and organizations are targeting artificial intelligent assistants such as chatbots to answer first level queries and computer algorithms specifically designed to recruit employees, simulate a human conversation, and answer and solve HR questions. A survey of approximately 400 chief HR officers conducted by IBM found that about 200 officers recognized the power of cognitive computing to transform key dimension of HR, such as HR operation, talent acquisitions and talent development. HR leaders are starting to pilot chatbots to transform the employee experience .The increasing developments and innovations in the artificial intelligence technology, such as integration of human resources and artificial intelligence has led to large number of investments in the global artificial intelligence market. The  investment in artificial intelligence had increased from $282 million in 2011 to $2.4 billion in 2015 thereby witnessing growth of  746% in 5 years.  In 2016, this continues to increase with approx. another $1.5 billion being invested in more than 200 AI focused in 2016. IBM uses Watson to transform healthcare. Watson can treat rare forms of childhood diseases. It can read all medical literature and quickly connect patterns to provide better ways for doctors to pinpoint diagnosis options. By the end of 2026, the artificial intelligence technology is expected to create the analytics suite which would empower HR in order to effectively carry out the designated operation and taslsamd become a truly metrics-driven aspect of any organization. Therefore, AI is on the verge of turning employee communications patterns into automated process. Bots will answer common questions and complete normal forms and other miscellaneous tasks, therefore minimizing the work load for humans and they can utilize their time constructively and drive companies to great heights of employee productivity and satisfaction.

Development of smart robots: Growth promoter

Smart robot is a AI system that can learn from its environment and its experience and build on its capabilities based on that knowledge. Smart robots can collaborate with humans, working along with them and learning from their behavior. According to Daily mail (U.K.) 2017, it has been predicted by CEO of SoftBank that super smart robots will outnumber humans by 4 billion within 3 decades. An army of 10 billion smart robots designed to help humans will grow in next 25 years. According to Echoed++, an European robotics company, smart robots are becoming useful and can help people in everyday lives, in both private and professional spheres. Europe is the largest market region in the field of smart robot and has vast opportunities for robotic in the future. Moreover, the European Commission is planning to deploy artificial intelligence technology in the total regional level to national level in Europe. Furthermore, on May 10, the European Commission and the European Committee of the Regions had hosted a conference in order to inform and spread awareness among the  regional authorities about the robotics technologies and how it can be used to increase the local economy and prove to be advantageous for society.
