This journal provides unique and diverse perspectives from China on the ‘Belt and Road Initiative’. China’s “Belt and Road Initiative” reflects China’s vision for a better world and bright future, the responsibilities for ushering in a new-round of globalization, the construction of a community of shared destiny for mankind, and “Chinese wisdom” to address global challenges. The BRI principle of “wide consultation, joint construction, mutual benefit” embodies a brand-new, non-confrontational cooperation concept based on traditional Chinese culture. Its core is peaceful development and win-win cooperation. This journal researches the BRI objectives of “policy coordination, facilities connectivity, unimpeded trade, financial integration and people-to-people bonds”. The goal of this journal is to be comprehensive in content, rigorous in structure and meticulous in form.
