About Dead Reckoning Sensor System

Signals can be received using three to four GPS/GNSS satellites at the same time for accurate GPS/GNSS positioning. However, there can be instances when the accuracy is lost or degraded just by relying on GPS/GNSS. For instance, when the vehicle is going through a tunnel, an underground passage, or through areas bounded by tall glass buildings, GPS/GNSS signals cannot be received. A dead reckoning sensor system is used to eliminate such limitations.
