Certification

Prerequisites:

In order to appear for the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam, candidates must hold one of the following credentials:
  • PRINCE2® Foundation
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)®
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®
  • IPMA Level A® (Certified Projects Director)
  • IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager)
  • IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager)
  • IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate)
Certification:

The exam will be computer-based and will be given at the end of the PRINCE2® Practitioner Course. On passing the exam you will be given the PRINCE2® Practitioner certification.

The Exam

The exam format is as follows:
  • Objective testing
  • 38 marks or more required to pass (out of 68 available) - 55%
  • Two-and-a-half hours (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time

  • Apply PRINCE2 requirements for controlling progress, demonstrating an understanding of checkpoint report, daily log, end project report, end stage report, exception report, highlight report, lessons log, and work packages
