Most organisational change initiatives ignore behavioural science and sound psychological data and principles that have been known for years. This programme looks to change that dilemma. It will equip participants with practical solutions to manage organisational change successfully.
Learn how to start to change the mindsets of employees in the workforce so that they can actively embrace change and understand how they can become part of the solution. There will be a chance to understand and practice different techniques that can help to unify teams and individuals during changing times including how these methods (such as Neuro-leadership, 'Cognitive Dissonance') can be used in a coaching context. The objective of the workshop is to provide the participants equipped with practical solutions to help them manage organisational change more successfully.
