According to the January 2020 update report, the IMF predicts that the global economy will grow from 2.9% in 2019 to 3.3% in 2020 and reach 3.4% in 2021 - an increase growth in 2019 and 2020 decreased by 0.1 percentage points, by 2021 by 0.2 percentage points compared to the forecast for October 2019. The total value of M&A deals in Vietnam in 2019 is estimated at 7.6 billion USD and is forecasted to continue to maintain at 7-7.5 billion USD in 2020. Vietnam's participation in free trade agreements in recent years such as AEC, CPTPP, EVFTA. will be an opportunity to boost exports.
