The World Non-Wovens Industry: Part 3-Ten Smaller Producers, August 2019

This report is the third in a series of three in which the world's top 40 producers of nonwovens are profiled. The report provides updated information and data about the activities, investments, and marketing and product strategies of Dalian Ruiguang, KNH Enterprises, Mogul, Precision Custom Coatings, Shalag Nonwovens, Saudi German Nonwovens, Spuntech, Tenowo, Toyobo, and Unitika. The report also provides data on the size of the nonwovens market and sales achieved by these ten smaller producers of nonwovens.

Many of these producers are benefiting, or are set to benefit, from recent investments. Spuntech has added an advanced spun lacing line at its facility in Roxboro, North Carolina, USA, and Toyobo has invested in a pilot line. KNH Enterprises has added a new spun lacing line at its site in Chengdu, China, while Shalag Nonwovens has completed work on a new line at its site in Oxford, North Carolina, USA, and has recently upgraded an old calendar bonding line. Dalian Ruiguang has brought on stream a carded spunlaced nonwovens line at its site in Ruiguang Industry Park in China and Mogul has invested in a new site in Turkey and in a US operation. Unitika has increased its capacity for producing spun-bonded nonwovens at its facility in Thailand, and Tenowo has completed an all-encompassing investment plan.
