Overview:
This webinar covers subjects required for all employees i.e. definition of sexual harassment, the types of sexual harassment, methods of preventing sexual harassment, all with examples and case presentation, and details the governmental agencies enforcing acts in place both federally and on the state level, and in addition covers required material for supervisors, including but not limited to; definition and responsibility of a supervisor under the act, responsibilities of the employer, contents of sexual harassment policy, mandatory posters and brochures, how to manage complaints, and how to prevent incidences.

Why should you Attend:
The EEOC has required businesses with 50 or more employees and California DFEH has required businesses with 5 or more employees to provide training for the supervisors/managers once every two years. All California supervisors must have completed this training by January 2020.
