  • In November 2019, Good Pharma, which is one of the well-known companies for their line of flaxseed based milk and yogurt products, has announced that they have forayed into the sour cream market by the launch of their new product called the “Plant-based our Cream”. The product is available for the consumers in a 16oz tub and will retail for $3.99. In addition, the product is made using a traditional culturing process and contains a combination of different ingredients unlike only cultured cream, which is present in the majority of the sour cream products in the market.
  • In March 2019, Good Culture LLC, which is a company dealing in the production of the distribution of cottage cheese products, based in Irvine, California, announced they have forayed into the sour cream market by the launch of their new product which is called the “Good Culture Simply sour cream”.
