With the constant rise in the adoption of sustainable aluminum packaging among customers and consumers globally, this acquisition will enable Ball to widen its geographic reach and serve the market as one of the major suppliers of aluminum aerosol in Brazil. The Sao Paolo-area plant will become part of the aluminum aerosol packaging division of Ball Corp. and complements its global aluminum aerosol and slug business in North American, Europe, and Asia.
