Why you should Attend

Running any meeting has its drawbacks. Running a virtual meeting can present another set of unique challenges. When you combine the normal problems with conducting an effective meeting, the complexity of using virtual platforms makes it's even more difficult.

Virtual communications is not the same as 'in-person' communications. If you don't understand the differences, it will be hard to gain and maintain everyone‘s attention.

And even if you can gain their attention a lack of familiarity with some basic properties of neuroscience will make it almost impossible to get the right level of participation. Participation is required to gain commitment to the important outcomes of the meeting.
