We experience four distinct stages when change is thrust upon us. In this session, you will have the opportunity to explore each stage in order to recognize where you can be more responsive to the change. You will also learn where to give yourself some reflective time to adapt to the change, and what you can do if you remain stagnant in a negative stage.
Why you should attend
Our environment today is loaded with change - new ways of working, new ways to interact, new ways to function. Are you (or someone you know) overwhelmed by all these changes? This workshop will help you understand why it all feels like ‘too much’ and what you can do to pull yourself or a colleague out of a slump.
