Kuwait has allowed the importation and distribution of vaping products since 2016. Since 2020 it has introduced the United Arab Emirates regulations for specifications, sale and use, while it prepares and debates it own regulations.
These are likely to be almost identical to the UAE regulations, except for higher taxes and the banning of non-tobacco flavours by Kuwait. There is no so far indication of when these new regulations will be finalised and implemented.
